StaffSimon Andrew was appointed Executive Director of the Housing Fellowship in February 2020. Mr Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from University of Northern Iowa. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa in Political Science. He is a Certified Economic Development Professional through the National Development Council and a Certified ADA Coordinator through the University of Missouri. Prior experience includes positions in budget and management with the City of Iowa City. Volunteer experience includes positions with the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation and building homes with Habitat for Humanity in Uganda. Simon had previously served on the Board of Directors for the Housing Trust fund of Johnson County. Ross Resetich, Chief Financial Officer joined The Housing Fellowship in February 2018. Mr. Resetich was most recently the CFO of DHL International, is a CPA and holds a MBA. Tashundra Gathright, a University of Iowa Graduate in Sociology, joined THF as Compliance Specialist in 2008. She is a Certified Tax Credit Professional. As Compliance Specialist, Ms. Gathright is the go to person for the many rules that come with the funding for the development of and compliance with affordable housing. Tammy Vorhies, Project Manager has been employed at THF since 2004. She has an A.A. degree in marketing from Ellsworth Community College in marketing. As Project Manager, Ms. Vorhies is responsible for all property management activities for THF, including managing the maintenance department. Rayna Danielson, Office Manager, joined THF in 2022. In addition to all clerical duties and supply procurement, she processes all rental housing applications and serves as support staff. Josh Sherod & Shaun are full -time maintenance staff members. They are responsible for completing repairs and maintaining our properties.
